Your role will have a large scope and you’ll be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, measure outcomes against standards, and improve operational efficiency of the siteYou will be required to build povs and operating standards to support a hybrid workplaceAt a leadership level you will lead the budgeting process for the siteIdentify variances between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting periodIdentify opportunities to optimize and ensure the site operates within the specified budgetWith your expertise you will also manage vendor activities and regularly evaluate new and existing vendor relationshipsYou will be responsible for business continuity planning, event planning and management, support employee engagement programs and continuously improve employee experienceYou will also be required to oversee all internal communications for the siteYou will be responsible for transport management and will collaborate with operating council to formulate and implement transportation-related proceduresSupport leadership visits to the site, help in building the agenda, plan itineraries, support travel arrangements etc.
As this is a critical role, we need you to bring vast experience in site operations and administrationYou will need to be comfortable interacting with stakeholders at senior level and be able to effectively work in partnership with themYou should have strong experience in event management and bcpThe most important part is for you to bring experience in successfully leading and executing organization-wide interventions, managing processes, and promoting process improvementsPrevious experience of agile working methodologies is also desirable
