In this role, you will:
Lead and participate in a variety of complex job assignments to develop key skills and gain a working knowledge of the organization within Development Programs
Identify and research job assignments for classroom training and operational assignments that require research and evaluation
Present recommendations for improvements on Development Programs while developing understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Determine requirements for each activity
Make recommendations to optimize programs accordingly while identifying and resolving issues
Collaborate and consult with peers, program leaders, program participants
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment
Required Qualifications, International:
