The Event Marketer is responsible for researching ,identifying and executing in-person events in US, UK, Singapore and India along with Virtual events.
These events will be related to Web Spiders business on software, AI and digital marketing. Events would imply a full 360 degree marketing cycle for attracting target customer accounts, executing events, post event nurture and planning many events every month. The definition of events would include in-person trade shows, conference to exhibit, sponsor, attend and also virtual events and micro digital events like access to webinar, recorded assets like podcast and case studies/pdf. This role involves coordinating and managing various events while utilizing email marketing strategies to ensure effective communication with target audiences. Overall marketing and analytics to use events and event assets to generate leads is the key objective for this role. Experience: 5-8 years Location: Kolkata (Rajarhat-Newtown) CTC : 6 – 8.50 LPA Duties and Responsibilities: Event Research: Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential IT events, corporate engagements, conferences,
and fairs that align with the company’s objectives and target audience. Event Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute participation in various events. This includes logistical arrangements, booth setup, staffing, and coordinating any promotional materials required. Brand Promotion: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s brand during events, focusing on increasing brand awareness and engagement. Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns to reach out to potential attendees, sponsors, and partners to build interest and drive participation in the company’s events. Lead Generation: Leverage events as opportunities for lead generation.
Follow up on event-generated leads promptly and nurture them through targeted email campaigns to convert prospects into customers. Networking: Actively network and engage with industry professionals, potential clients, and key stakeholders during events to enhance the company’s relationships and industry presence. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the success of event marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, lead generation, and ROI assessment. Use data-driven insights to improve future event strategies. Budget Management: Ensure efficient allocation and management of budgets for events, email marketing, and promotional materials, maximizing ROI while staying within budgetary constraints. Post-Event Follow-Up: Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and insights, allowing for continuous improvement in event marketing efforts. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in event marketing, coordination, and email marketing. Please share a cover letter and list of events managed so far. Strong understanding of the IT industry and related events. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in using marketing tools, CRM software, and email marketing platforms. Global exposure to US, UK, Singapore Events along with India. Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
