Location : Pune, Balewadi (WFO)

Qualification: Graduation in any IT field, BE-computers, BCA / MCA / Diploma from 2021-2022 or before.

Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts (24/7 Shifts)

Skills: Networking, AD, Customer Handling etc.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Will work on Azure AD and Office 365 Administration
Will work on SCCM, Active Directory, VMWare, and Windows 10.
Will work on Ticketing Tool.
Responsible for Configuring & troubleshooting Microsoft Office365 accounts.
Migration exchange to Office 365, Creating and managing shared mailbox, DL.
Exchange Server, creating Email IDs.

Shared Mailboxes and migration Exchange to Office 365.
Install VPN Client and Troubleshoot VPN-related issues.
Handle daily technical support activities and server management.
Configuration and troubleshooting of MS Outlook.
Resolve user configuration/authentication issues.
Providing folder access to users as per user requirements.
Network Printers.
Working Knowledge of Multifactor Authentication Administration.
Creating and Managing Active Directory Groups Attributes.
Working experience in employee onboarding and offboarding process.
Configure client system in domain network.
