Roles and Responsibilities:
Ideate and drive key cross-functional strategic projects from the CEO’s office.
This is a role that would entail a wide and diverse exposure to solving strategic business problems. You would be expected to ideate, plan, and coordinate the execution of projects across all key business functions.
These projects can either:
Directly drive business growth. For e.g.
Unlocking new revenue channels
Identifying optimal GTM strategies for high-potential market-segments
Sales funnel optimization to increase conversions
Enable and position the org for better growth. For e.g.
Setting up processes/tools/systems to increase efficiencies
Designing solutions to enable sales org and improve conversions
Optimizing org structure to position for maximum growth
Skills & qualifications:
Desired Prior Experience:
5+ years of working on cross-functional projects geared towards revenue growth and business expansion. Prior experience in strategy consulting, leading GTM projects, etc. would be a plus.
Problem-solving: Ability to scope out a problem in a structured manner and discuss/debate/analyze various aspects of it to come up with a solution roadmap and execute it. The candidate should have the aptitude to grasp various moving parts of a business to form a comprehensive understanding with a focus on developing creative solutions.
Data Analysis: Experience with data analysis of KPIs across sales, marketing, product, finance, and other domains. Need someone who can easily sail through ambiguity and glean actionable insights from data and information spread across multiple business functions.
Research: A flair for research – both primary (customers, partners, internal stakeholders) and secondary.
Collaboration & Ownership: Experience planning and leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, driving multiple teams towards execution. Proven success in a project coordination role bringing people together and getting things done. Should be adept and task prioritization with a strong focus on ownership.
Communication : Excellent communicator in written and verbal form. Ability to connect and summarize complex business problems and solutions.
