1. Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests.
2. Building strong client relationships by providing customers with ongoing support and regular sharing of best practices, insights and product knowledge.
3. Resolving customer insights, and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
4. Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
5. Escalating customer feedback as required.
