The marketing executive plans and directs all aspects of an organisation’s marketing policies, objectives and initiativesIdentifies changes in the marketing environment or changes in competitive strategies and evaluates, adjusts or redrafts the organisation`s marketing plan and philosophy accordinglyMarketing executives work with internal teams to coordinate and execute strategies as well as external parties to promote events and campaigns and to find new prospects and sales leads.

Responsibilities: –

· help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns.

· organising events, exhibitions and promotional activities.

· work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.

· arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials.

· maintain and update students’ databases.

· track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management.

· monitor and report on competitor activity.

· participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

· collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

· demonstrates superior time management skills and meets deadlines.

Desired profile of the candidate: –

– bachelor`s degree holder or above.

– proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.

– influencing and negotiation skills.

– should have strong presentation skills & interpersonal skills.

– self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

– fast learner and passion for sales.

– ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment.

– excellent knowledge of ms officeHands-on experience with crm software is a plus.

– excellent written and verbal english as well as the local language.

– candidates with two-wheeler and driving licenses only need to apply.
