Responsibilities for Telephone Operator

· Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner

· Keep detailed and accurate records of calls received

Qualifications for Telephone Operator

High school diploma or general education degree required

· 1-2 years of relevant experience in an office environment

· Strong phone skills

· Demonstrated ability to- read, write, and speak English and Hindi

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Punctual with strong attendance history
