Overview: job summary:

As a software developer you`ll be part of a talented agile development team with exposure across the full technology stack with a focus on front end software development; you`ll be working in sprints and pairing with colleagues who are passionate about code quality within a collaborative and technology driven environment

Responsibilities: essential functions and tasks:

Translate business requirements into technical requirements
Self-manage time and tasks to meet development timelines
Participation in requirements gathering with multiple business units
Demonstrate forward thinking and future scalability proficiencies
Deliver high quality, bug free code for production use

Qualifications: education and experience requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, react.js certificate program, or 1.5 years relevant experience in react.js specifically.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities (ksa’s):

Strong react.js front end skills and client-side javascript technologies

Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
Optimizing components for maximum performance
Strong proficiency in javascript, including dom manipulation and the javascript object model
Experience with popular react.js workflows (such as flux or redux)

Familiarity with newer specifications of ecmascript
Familiarity with restful apis
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as json web token
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
Experience with common front-end development tools such as babel, webpack, npm, etc.
Knowledge/experience c# with server-side skills including .net core a plus
Knowledge of basic sql syntax and ability to create stored procedures and functions a plus
Good knowledge of high availability technologies and concepts
Familiar with deployment automation and build environments (azure devops, etc.)
