Whether an entry level executive or a seasoned leader, you would partner with Vani: our intelligent digital coaching product to offer outcome-oriented learning.You would be responsible for:· Working closely with the leaners to help them identify their communication gaps and become better communicators· Ability to plan the learner’s Coaching Roadmap· Weekly Progress Monitoring/feedback· Assessments and evaluations· Motivating and guiding the learnersRequirements:· Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in any discipline· Minimum 5 years of corporate work experience mandatory-Manufacturing/Sales/HR/Pharma/Finance,etc.· Excellent communication skills· Must be willing to dedicate 3-4 hours every day (between 10am-7pm) for coaching· Comfortable using technical platforms like MS teams, Zoom· Previous experience in the field of L&D is not necessary, all we’re looking for are people who would love to make a difference through their services.Employment Type: FreelanceLocation: RemoteShould you decide to join us, we start with a series of orientation workshops under our alignment program called Coacheque:Introducing Coacheque:Coacheque is a 6 Week-long rigorous program designed to help you gain an inside view of ‘Coaching’. The program focuses on Fundamentals and Capabilities required by a professional Coach.It enables opportunities of career progression for budding professionals aiming to benchmark as ‘Coaches’.Coacheque schedule:Weeks 1 – 5: workshops on how we coach at Vani, Workshop duration: 90 minutes, Monday to Friday with a few minutes every day for assignments)Week 6: Evaluation (details to be shared during the workshops) and onboardingOnce onboarded, you would be assigned to a project and would start coaching.Application Process:Qualified participants will be enrolled into the next scheduled cohort. The certification course is free for the qualified participant.Interested participants can attend the AMA (ask me anything) session to be held (dates to be announced soon)
