Key responsibilities:
Procurement process
1Develop, lead and manage processes, methods and policies for procurement.
2Liaise between vendors and relevant internal departments or customers.
3Checks inventory and adjusts procurement practices in accord with business trends.
4Defining the eoq, reorder level and placing order ensuring balance between demand and supply there
Are no shrinkage of goods and minimal working capital costPerform cost and scenario analysis, and
Benchmarking.
5Direct continuous improvement of procurement process and policies in line with changing
Organizational needs and market conditions
Vendor management:
1Develop, lead and manage processes, methods and policies for vendor management.
2Identify, evaluate and negotiate with the potential vendors as per the requirement and agreed criteria.
Ensure that the vendor services related to invoicing, payments, quality, timelines, etcAre adhered as
Per agreement.
3Ensure to track, measure, report and evaluate vendor performance.
4Monitor contractual and service level agreements for vendorsEvaluate contracts to ensure compliance
With legal requirements and organizational policies.
Inventory control and management
1Lead, develop and manage an inventory management system to streamline our business operations.
2Continuously arranging receipts and issues in such a way so as to ensure that stock balance in quantity
And value are adequate to support the current rate of consumption, at all times, economically
MaintainableRecord daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
3Ensure efficiency in managing the inventory balancing the acquisition, procurement, carrying, and stock
Out costs.
4Report on inventory activities and variances.
Logistics management
1Ensure efficient logistics system, with timely delivery to the requisition point.
2Monitor expenses and control the budget for logistic management.
3Follow established procedures as per laboratory rules and regulationsJob requirements
? 7-10 years of experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field.
? diploma / degree in supply chain management, or similar field
? excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
? working experience of relevant software (e.gSap mm)
? excellent organizational and project management skills
