We are seeking a social business strategy analyst senior for our san antonio corporate office or 100% remote considered.
Leads program development and business integration efforts while collaborating with internal clients throughout the enterprise to help them achieve goals using social technology enabled strategies that are integrated into products, services and processes – both member and employee facingConsults business leaders and oversees the planning and execution of projects that enable embedding social capabilities and functionality into business practicesWorks closely with it on new developments and outside vendors in building core capabilities in the social space.

Primary responsibilities:
Identifies and handles existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role.
Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, supervised, and controlled.
Follows written risk and compliance policies, standards, and procedures for business activities.
Leads or facilitates activities that advance understanding and adoption/use of tools, strategies and tactics that enable social business value and benefits throughout the enterprise beyond traditional social media network applications (i.eEnterprise collaboration, recruitment, marketing, customer servicing, product development, innovation, etc.)
Recommends changes to policies associated with social media; guidelines and standards for effective deployment and consistent application of social strategies across the enterprise (i.eRatings and reviews, social listening, community moderation, etc.)
May identify and/or handle vendors that provide support to social media and social business initiatives (i.e., may collect requirements to advise technology vendor selection, handle assigned it development projects, processes and assigned vendor resources associated with developing new or improving social capabilities).
Recommends innovative ways of improving social media to promote services and products in the social networksProvides outside in thinking, thought leadership and learning to keep usaa abreast of new developments in the social space and overall implications to the usaa business modelMakes recommendations on new opportunities for deploying social constructs, tools and technologies into the workplace and into member facing solutionsFacilitates crowdsourcing or co creation test and learn initiatives with employee or members using social constructs.
Analyzes metrics associated with social media performance and online engagementProvides inputs into case development for test pilots that resolve return on investment potentialMay support social business leadership team on the socialization of business benefits with finance partners and line of business product line leaders to gain consensusProvides program level and performance based inputs into overall enterprise social business kpi dashboards in the form of revenue creation, costs savings, efficiency or process improvement, employee and member engagementMay communicate findings to leadership and key partners.
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor`s degree in business administration, digital, e-commerce, it (mis), marketing, or a related field required; or 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
6 or more years` experience in a professional function within e-commerce, business development, it or related field, to include at least 3 years of progressively complex experience in the social business/media, e-commerce, digital marketing or related fieldExperience should include developing social business strategies and/or direct experience with integrating social technologies into employee or customer facing applications.
2 or more years of experience leading business transformation initiatives.
Must have advance knowledge and understanding of social business practices and models.
Comfortable with prudent risk-taking and effective at navigating and catalyzing change within an established culture.
Demonstrated proficiency in most areas of the profession function including brainstorming and strategy development, and a strong understanding of new media technology
Advanced project management skills; experience with the lean agile software development process
Advanced knowledge and use of microsoft office products and other software to be used to develop analyses, charts, learning modules and/or supporting documentation.
Preferred experience:
Experience with talkwalker, brand watch and sprinklr or other similar social listening platforms
Ability to build or improve social tags and use social trending themes to identify new/emerging categories to conduct deep dive analysis of member feedback
Analyzes metrics associated with social media performance and online engagement.
Partner in designing, developing, executing and analyzing research projects for short- and long-term business goals
Experience presenting to leadership

Compensation:
Usaa has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitiveYou are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market positionThe salary range for this position is: $88,200 – 158,900.
Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the usaa board of directors.
Geographical differential: geographic pay differential is additional pay provided to eligible employees working in locations where market pay levels are above the national average.
Shift premium will be addressed on an individual basis for applicable roles that are consistently scheduled for non-core hours.
