How your day would look like at Uplers?
Managing and promoting the brand Uplers on social platforms
Responsible to implement perfect candidate experience and candidate engagement strategies
Responsible for the creation and execution of the Uplers employment brand strategy within India, through marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, employee engagement plans, PR, and social media to showcase Uplers as an employer of choice
Local Branding, Brand Positioning, Partnerships, Collaborations (College Campuses, etc.), Event Participations & Sponsorships (Events like Hackathon, Bootcamp, etc.) could be some of the things to implement
Create and conceptualize internal and external communication strategies that help build sound brand
Build awareness about Uplers’s mission-driven, inclusive, and flexible culture to help fuel our recruiting efforts
Collaborate with the company’s talent acquisition team, hiring managers, and department heads to understand the needs, so we can continue to attract and hire amazing people
Annual planning, campaign planning, organizing and coordinating events/activities
Building effective online lead generation campaigns to fulfill the recruitment leads target
Organize and coordinate internal and external networking events, serve as brand ambassadors at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
Track, measure, and report on campaign results
Work closely with the recruitment team to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges
Expand our marketing reach by learning about new technologies and trends in the field
