Keeping track of L&D/training-related RFPs being floated by various departments, clients, and individuals.
Responsible for coordination to plan and arrange Sessions also to make sure smooth execution and conduction of program.
Maintaining Training Calendar, sending out a list of monthly training/workshops, and tracking nominations for each training.
Scope, design and manage all communication with Trainers and nominated Participants.
Respond to all the requests and communicate with participants before, during, and after the training programs.
Logistic Setup, tracking attendance, collating feedback, and supporting the trainer during the Training Program/Workshop.
Sharing of Calendar Invites, Pre-reads, and Resources with Attendees.
Address changes and feedback to course deliverables in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsible for coordination to prepare project schedules and timelines.
Organizing, attending, and participating in meetings and Responsible to prepare minutes of meetings and sharing them with the stakeholders
Work on special projects as requested, which might require making in-roads wherever required to collect data, opinions, understanding current scenarios, data mining, estimation & presentation of facts, etc.
Do the first-pass review for issues or errors with returned reports
Create, compile and manage databases containing all information for Training, Requestors, Curators, Trainers, and Participants.
Assist with ad-hoc documentation and Learning needs, including quick-turnaround projects, video editing, content writing, deck modification, etc.
End-to-end and day-to-day strategic as well as operational assistance to the L&D, learning programs, and Trainers, which includes the preparation and routing of reports, documents, emails, presentation decks, ad-hoc requests, dashboards, etc.

This is a hands-on role and the ideal candidate must be a self-starter, willing to – roll up his/her sleeves – think and move fast, dive deep, and get things done.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint are a must)
The role requires great Planning skills, the ability to find solutions to problems, juggle multiple requests, and identify ways to drive efficiently.
Anticipating and planning for changes, and the ability to stay organized while helping L&D management and Trainers are critical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Interaction involves regular communication requiring interpretation, persuasion, and discretionary skills.
Structured Thinking and Presentation – comfortable dealing with ambiguity and ability to provide structure and frame thinking logically and effectively.
Ability to drive consensus and Able to effectively deal with conflicting priorities.
Ability to prioritize amongst various tasks in a deadline driven environment.
