Role and Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of campaigns ensuring timely launches, daily initiatives, successful information delivery, and establishing a bond.
Create, Manage and Execute campaigns, webinar & events online and offline.
Manage, and execute various engagement programs. Planning, organizing, and managing virtual/physical events including catch-up sessions, learning & development sessions, fun activities, monthly meetups, local meet-ups, and workations.
Managing the multiple social media platforms to interact with community Members.
Proactively monitor, engage, and respond to key social media online conversations to help build an authentic community.
Launch community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, leading an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter)
Perform all aspects of campaign management including trafficking, creative QA, troubleshooting, and weekly and final campaign reporting
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to creative, campaign under/over-delivery, order management, and implementation.
Deliver exceptional campaign quality and accuracy by constant monitoring of CPIs and appropriate campaign modulation.
Gathering campaign requirements, timelines and finalizing briefing.
Coordinate with cross functional team to drive email development.
Managing the creative process if required.
Prepare workflows & Triggers; and regularly optimize based on the data.
Deploying the Test campaign to the Seed-list.
Preparing a checklist for each campaign.
QA the email messages and Setup / Deploy the email campaigns.
Performance driven approach to strategies & Optimize the performance of the campaigns.
Generating reports of the deployed Campaigns, and planning future campaigns accordingly.
