This position plays a major role in the design, programming, testing, implementation, and support for integrations for our Workforce Management System.
Primary Responsibilities:
– Monitor jobs, If there is an error, then will need further research, fix, and batch resend
– Server patching – Analyst log back into server to start services. Logs into app to perform a general validation
– Review termination List performed in Kronos correctly. Analyst verifies termination done correctly. Automated from Workday. Cancel status are currently manually done
– Monitor interface error
– Review failed punches/clock-in’s/outs
– Clock monitor / maintenance. If clock determines to be broken, Analyst works with Desktop to configure and/or mail clock back to vendor
– Conduct analysis of application design including but not limited to planning implementations and maximizing application benefits
– Develop working knowledge of assigned applications and related development and maintenance tools
– Assist with resolution of issues, tracks issue and provides updates to peers, leadership and clients with minimum supervision
– Independently manages assigned projects and meets deadlines
– Adheres to departmental policies and procedures
– Plan and conduct requirements gathering
– Coordinate, plan and conduct detailed design sessions through knowledge of client/business needs and application functionality with minimum supervision
– Coordinate, plan, and conduct analysis of client business needs with minimum supervision
– Develop reference materials (status reports, documentation, etc.) for supported applications and related technologies
– Serve as an advocate for department initiatives and processes
– Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations,
change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
– Service Now experience
– This position will have a lot of O&M; support and will be working Service Now tickets coming in from Self Service or the Help Desk
– This will drive many of the priorities
– Training experience
– Employee will need to train staff on how to schedule their staff and other functionality in the system
– Knowledge of UKG/Kronos Pro and Dimensions (Cloud) is our current application
– Basic knowledge of how the system works
– Proven ability to update employee information in Pro
– Proven ability to create schedules in Dimensions
– Proven ability to update access/security in Dimensions
– Proven good customer service
– Staff will take the Service Now ticket and need to work with the requestor to provide them with a solution
– Staff should be able to articulate to the end user of what is needed down to the easiest form of communication
– Proven troubleshooting skills
– Will need to quickly find solution to problem presented in ticket
– Proven ability to multitask
– Will need to be able to work on multiple tasks at the same time
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience working with Agile development methodologies
– Experience interpreting user stories and applying the appropriate technical solutions to deliver operational results
– Experience with Business Process Configuration
– EMR/EHR experience
– US Healthcare and insurance domain knowledge
– Solid understanding of Agile methodology
– Proven ability to assist the Sales team when required, by providing deployment insights to prospective customers
