Job DescriptionWe are looking for Sr. Recruiters who have exp. in Product based hiring. Exp. Range- 1 to 5 Years Location- Delhi NCR Region, Meerut, Noida, Hyderabad & Also open to permanent Remote working (If required) Please find below the Key Responsibility Areas, but not limited to- Managing end to end recruitment for product based clients Building a team of recruiters for product based hiring Managing clients E2 Strategies and planning Hands on experience in Recruitment for diverse skills Team(building/managing) and client management role Talent Scouting – sourcing candidates from job portals and alternate channels like Head Hunting, Poaching, Social Media Networking, Professional Networking, Referrals & Job Postings Understanding of  client acquisitions/handling procedure.
