Job Description :
Discovering consumer need gap and underlying insight – who, where, what, why. Transforming them to project concept to define/design ideas Crafting and developing the right marketing mix for each market (place, pricing and positioning) Lead the Cross-Functional Project Team for delivery of project. (including R&D, SC, Finance, CMI) Lead product design and thinking on sourcing strategy to ensure healthy P&L Responsible for driving the brand health, and scanning global trends/ markets/ competitors for innovation opportunities. Assist and support performance on penetration, equity with the help of data from CMI Design route to market and delivery solutions for existing business models or build new through digital incubations & Launches.
Experience/Skill Spike
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong Project Management skills. Experience in leading cross-functional team to deliver projects. Understands consumers, shoppers and customers. Experience in development and launch of consumer and shopper relevant innovations and relaunches. Core aspects underpinning all skills: Creativity, Empathy, Obsession with brands & consumers, Sense of Aesthetics, Analytical Thinking & Rigour. Ability to think blue sky and consolidate ideas to actionable solutions, that are aligned with brand strategy Design-thinking skills; agile-working mindset; experimentative and entrepreneurial mindset would be an added advantage for the candidate.
