Maintain clear and effective communication with internal staff and external individuals.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms or facilities. Ensure accuracy and organization in maintaining schedules.
Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and document organization. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, or other relevant materials.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, provide information about products or services, and assist with resolving issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Mail and Package Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries. Prepare outgoing mail or packages for shipping or pickup.
Office Organization: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including arranging reading materials, brochures, or promotional materials for visitors. Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment inventory.

Requirements:
