Corporate Collection

Experience: 1 – 3 yrs.

Location: Malad-Mindspace

No. of Positions: 2

Offered Salary: 20-25k Gross (PF & ESIC Benefits)

Requirements:

– Proficient with MS Office (Especially Excel)

– Good Communication & Email Writing Skills

– Field Visits to meet Corporate Customers as and when required

– Strong Follow up with multiple Corporate Customers

– Coordination with Circle offices

Responsibilities:

– Follow up with Circle teams for Collection updates on B2B accounts

– Email Follow up, Payment reminders, Outstanding data reconciliation

– Billing and Payment Reconciliation

– Customer Calling and Email Writing

– Follow up with Legal counsel to send legal notices

– Tracking for Customer feedback and settlement

Job Type: Full-time
