Description
Primary/essential duties and key responsibilities:
Assist in the ongoing administration of the restricted stock and non-qualified option programs including but not limited to new grant award issuance, vesting, and exercises.
Utilize global shares equity gateway platform for transaction management and reporting and coordinate effectively with the vendorEnsure accuracy and data integrity and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Support other members of the team with projects aligned with the equity program.
Conduct equity related analysis and modeling.
Address employee inquiries regarding equity and compensation processes and policies.
Continue to build internal relationship with business partners.
Work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 year of relevant work experience in a stock administration / equity compensation role within a private or public company.
Experience with excel including pivot tables, vlookups, etc.
Strong analytical skills required
Excellent communication skills
Focus on client (i.eEmployee) service
Able to understand concepts quickly
Experience with documenting process and procedures
Preferred qualifications:
Bs in finance, accounting or a related field such as human
Resources
Experience with global shares equity gateway or similar equity
3rd party platform administration tool
Cep certification 1 or greater is a plus
Advanced excel skills
Experience with building and supporting training objectives
