Daily production tasks

Identification of significant process (machine and tool ) problem and their resolution to achieve > 98 % of shift production target on each machine.

Generation of monthly tool monitoring report with identification of problems and action required to ensure zero tool breakdown on machine

Process monitoring and improvement

10 % Q to Q improvement in tool changeover time through process mapping approach.

10 % Q to Q spare part (defined parts) cost reduction through planned maintenance / substitution approach.

Team Development

Identification of key process , training module / guideline and training through monthly OJT program.

Customer complaint / rejection control

Proper analysis and corrective action report for each process linked customer complaint / PDI hold. Post production rejection
Interaction :– Tool and machine spare part suppliers

Qualifications

Technical:–

Understanding of manufacturing process and utilities and their monitoring indices (KPIVs / KPOVs).

Understanding process monitoring and improvement tools

Lead process improvement (process and tools) activities in the plant through identification of gap, analysis, improvement and control.

Hands on experience on MS word and Excel for data monitoring and analysis.

Behavioral Skills:–

Communication skill (English & Hindi), for with-in and between department communications.

Data driven approach for problem understanding and resolution.

Leadership skills ; Team handling and communication of resolution of within shift team issues.
