Your role
Do you have great management skills and able to think creatively about how we can protect our services during a severe operational disruption?
We’re looking for a senior sme to:
Understand the resilience of the relevant services for that division and the associated front-to-back operating model
Partner with smes within the business division and supporting areas to embed resilience-by-design
Facilitate development of appropriate response plans for resilience
Facilitate regular testing of response plans
Identify, assess and track remediation of resilience risks
Ensure ubs functions manage resilience in line with the framework and policies
Provide training and collateral to develop skills and raise awareness

Your expertise
You have:
Excellent knowledge of business services (front-to-back) and the regulatory expectations regarding resilience for fs organisations
University degree in finance, economics, business administration or mathematical discipline
Fluency in english and german (preferred for swiss based teams)
At least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry in one of the following disciplines:
Business continuity management / operational resilience
Risk management
And are:
Able to explain the link between resilience regulations and risks to our resilience and risk management frameworks
Capable of justifying recommendations and communicating to a senior audience including regulators
Able to analysed data to drive insights and produce board-level reports
Comfortable facilitating workshops and managing healthy conflicts
Tech-savvy and eager to harness new techniques and improve processes
Experienced in change management and project management
Capable of managing a team and processes to committed deadlines
Capable of communicating the key elements of bcm policies and frameworks and how these apply to locations and business functions
Capable of identifying and articulating risks associated with different recovery solutions
