Summary:
The work schedule for this position is:

Duties
Reviews and processes a variety of complex vouchers for payment against Purchase Orders, Blanket Purchase Agreements, Contracts, Representation, Grants, Centrally Billed Accounts (CBA), Leases, Shipping invoices, etc. for goods/services received by the U.S. Government. The incumbent must be thorough in processing these types of vouchers.
This position responsibility includes reviewing and assigning petty cash obligations from New Delhi shared drive; Issuing Bill of Collections/Account Receivables for personal telephone/mobile calls; Assisting locally employed staff in opening Savings Account with the servicing bank, resolving payroll queries (i.e., non-receipt of salary in their account); annual /sick leave balances; downloading payroll reports, and earnings and leave statements. Incumbent also serves as Alternate Class B Cashier and back up to chief timekeeper.

Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: Minimum three years of performing progressively responsible work in voucher examining or bookkeeping or accounting field.
Education Requirements:
Mandatory: Completion of Bachelor’s degree or higher in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Mandatory: Good Working Knowledge in English and Tamil (Speak, Read, and Write) – This may be tested.

The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
