Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Handling Manpower on Shop floor

2. Ensure timely Preventive maintenance (mechanical, electrical & electronic) of IMM by coordinating with in-house maintenance team

3. Ensure timely Preventive maintenance of moulds

4. Should co-ordinate with IMM vendor & other vendors if required for quick repair & maintenance

5. To execute the production plan as per given customer schedule.

6. To Coordinate with the store & Purchase for on time requisition of material as desired.

7. To check online quality control and record any quality issues online for immediate rectification to avoid loss to the Company.

8. To control the scrap generation on line.

9. Strictly follow the quality norms / specification which meet the Customer requirement.

10. Coordinate with the customer to fulfill the QA norms and whenever require attend the complain calls.

11. Maintain the NCR / CAPA Report.

12. Ensure Minimum down time in shop floor

13. Conduct moulding trial run with new Recipe to reduce plastic RM cost

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Ability to orchestrate multiple activities at once using resources effectively and efficiently
2. Good Communication Skill (verbal & written) to interact with customers (internal and external) dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of all customer, be a problem solver
3. Should understand/ fix priority as per situation or customer need
4. Have a positive and constructive impact on the team; professional attitude towards different positions working closely with within the project organization
5. Should have experience in IMM Maint. & Mould Maint. also should have knowledge of Utility maintenance.
6. Should have taken part in NPD and new RM testing
7. Understand Quality Management

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

At least 10-year experience in Molding Industry as in charge,

From Plastic Bucket Manufacturing for Paint industry will be

preferable

Should be able to do preventive maintenance of IMM & Molds

Should ready to stay inside factory or relocate to Sikandrabad
