TUI Looking for P2P Support Agent | Tunisia at Tamil Nadu Full Time

Joining Musement Business Services (MMBS) team as a P2P Support Agent, you will be part of an international team in a digitally focused MMBS center that works hard to put guests at the heart of our business and constantly ‘go the extra smile’. As a P2P Support Agent, you will be in charge of processing and validating supplier invoices for touristic services. You will become part of the team in charge of monitoring, improving, and managing any related issues that arise during the P2P invoice validation process.

ABOUT THE JOB

Monitor generic mailboxes where invoices are received

Screen, validate invoice data captured by the automated OCR (Optical Character Recognition) tool

Amend and complete incorrect / missing invoice data in the system

Flag invoice incidences in order to obtain missing invoice information

Identify potential process improvements

ABOUT YOU

University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Tourism is an advantage

Analytical skills and proficient in MS Outlook, Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Dynamic, autonomous, with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Teamwork, initiative and problem-solving attitude

Highly service oriented and very responsive
