Note: Looking for Immediate to 15 days Joiners.

Duties and Responsibilities

Analyze given requirements and prepare the test scenarios and scripts.

Able to write and execute the test scenarios for complex functionalities

Good in Impact Analysis and functional understanding

Able to do test estimations for test scripting and execution

Able to conduct ad-hoc/exploratory/negative testing to ensure the application works without interruption.

Actively participate in delivery by performing the smoke and sanity testing

Participate in defect triage meetings and share the inputs for defect fixes and it’s closure

Timely and quality delivery as per agreed plan.

Able to prepare and execute end-to-end business scenarios.

Effectively use testing techniques and standards for increasing productivity and efficiency

Able to use automation framework for execution of sanity/smoke/functional testing

Skills / Attributes Required:
Essential:
Should be well versed with defect management processes

Good Analytical, Problem solving and Interpersonal skills

Willing to take ownership of multiple business modules from integration point

Good understanding of QA (Quality Assurance) methodologies, Life Cycle, and processes

Strong business understanding to build end-to-end functional flows.

A self-learner and self-motivated person; able to work independently.

Good verbal and written communication, able to face the client-meetings

Desirable:
Exposure to automation tools

Functional Skills:
Insurance/ finance background (preferred)
