Roles and Responsibilities:

– Overseeing the customer service process.

– Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.

– Supporting the customer through an email system and phone calls.

– Monitoring the performance of individual representatives.

– Taking feedback from the customers.

– Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.

– Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to understand what areas of the company’s services need improvements

– Managing payment and delivery of customer orders.

Job Requirements –

– Sound communication skill (Fluent English)

– Expert at targeted communications across various media platforms.

– Good knowledge of managing the performance of the team.
