Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Desktop Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and installing software on desktop computers. The Desktop Engineer will need to have an in-depth knowledge of operating systems and should be able to operate desktop computers efficiently.

Qualifications

• Expertise in desktop computers
• Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems and software installation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of networking and servers is a plus
• Experience in the real estate and design industry is beneficial but not necessary
