Acting as the first port of call for visiting customers and clients, the receptionist for this outstanding firm will need to be both warm and friendly, providing an exceptional first impression whilst also being meticulously organised as you simultaneously manage a multitude of other tasks within this vibrant working environment.
You will hit the ground running as you demonstrate your excellent ability to multitask. No day will be the same with this varied position.
Responsibilities include:
Managing the front of house
Taking calls
Greeting clients
Booking and prepping meeting rooms
Providing refreshments of tea/coffee to visitors, when required
