Acting as the first port of call for new and existing clients, you will provide a first class service managing any questions or queries, positively contributing to the overall retention and growth of the company.
Key skills and responsibilities:
Develop sound knowledge of the products offered
Meet and exceed company targets
Answering customer/client queries
Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls
Ensure appropriate documentation is raised and issued correctly
Preparing and dealing with renewal and new business quotations
Communicating effectively with otherers
Working closely with administrators to ensure systems are accurate and up to date
Ideally, you will be a real ‘people person’ with previous experience of working within customer services. In addition to this, you will need to have a high attention to detail with a drive to achieve and the ability to negotiate to influence results.
Location: Tonbridge
Hours: Full time Monday – Friday
Salary: £19,000 – £22,000
