Job Title: HR Executive
Job Description: As an HR Executive, your primary responsibility is to support the human resources department in various HR activities and ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes within the organisation. You will work closely with HR managers and other team members to execute HR initiatives, policies, and procedures effectively.
Responsibilities:
– Recruitment and Onboarding:
– Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
– Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process. Maintain accurate records of employee information, contracts, and documentation.
– Create an organised onboarding package with essential documents, employee handbooks,
and other relevant materials.
– Identify with the vacancy and create recruitment strategy, with desired result and output
– Ensure timely onboarding and joining formalities
– Collecting managing and storing KYC , joining and other related documents
– Ensuring compliances as and when required
– Prepare necessary and required reports as and when required by the management and others heads of the organization
– Perform other task and duties as and when asked by the director an managemen
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience as an HR assistant, HR coordinator, or similar role is preferred.
– Knowledge of HR processes, practices, and employment laws.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
– Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
– Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
