We are hiring IT Infrastructure Manager for our German MNC Client with direct payroll who has working experience in Aisa Pacific region.
POSITION SUMMARY
The incumbent would be accountable for – Managing Customer Expectations, Establishing IT Infrastructure
which includes Network, Storage, Telephony, Wifi User Support, Workstation Management, License
Management Strategies and Policies, Budgeting, Procurement, Project Management, Data Center Governance
in line with Group IT Guidelines. Collaboration with Department Heads and Group IT relevant departments
for planning and defining the IT Road Map. Applications Lifecycle Management which includes Platform
Management for SharePoint, Java Full Stack, Power Platform with Websites like Intranet, Internet and other
Apps
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Stakeholder Management:
– Partners with Department Head to lead the Technology Infrastructure Strategy
and Execution for the Enterprise
– Planning Project Management and Implementation Leadership and Identify
areas of improvisation and Automation
– Provide Infrastructure service Vision in-line with Group Standards
– Development of Enterprise Standards and Technology Architecture and the IT
Operations Governance Process
IT Infrastructure Operations and New Initiatives
– Managing Overall Service Desk Operations
– Network Monitoring and Datacenter Governance, DR
– Maintaining the IT Asset Inventory as per Organization Ramp up and Asset
Policy
– License Management and Overall Compliance
Software License Management
– Manage IT hardware asset portfolio with respect to risk, cost control, / software governance, compliance, and performance objectives. – Develop and maintain company policies and processes. – Plan and implement IT hardware/ Software asset life cycle strategy; advise Procurement and IT Operations in procurement strategies for IT hardware acquisition. – Serve as IT hardware/ Software asset management subject matter expert. – Optimize usage and cost of IT hardware/ S/W deployments. Team Management – Leadership for Delivery of 24/7 Service Operations and KPI Compliance – Hands On Technical Depth Enables Problem-Solving Leadership and Participation for Complex Infrastructure Implementation – Coordination with Strategic Partners to ensure continuous availability for Services IT Security Compliance – Client Management – Vulnerability Management – Audits and Compliance – Standard Book of Standards.
