Qualifications
• The ideal candidate will have four to five years of product support experience or the equivalent work experience. Knowledge of IIS, ASP.NET and Web technologies along with the knowledge of Programming and debugging skills in Managed and Unmanaged space with the ability to read and analyze network traces is required.
• Candidates must have strong customer service, accurate and logical problem solving, and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Must have technical skills:
• Dot Net Framework and .NET Core
• IIS & ASP.NET Web Technologies
• Visual Studio/Visual code
• Windows Internal
• Familiar with fundamentals of Cloud Computing and Windows Azure Technologies
• Familiar with fundamentals of Windows Communication Foundation [WCF]
