Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance to customers.
• Assess the customer’s needs and translation into solutions.
• Coordinate with customers to resolve any billing inquiries.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking help with products or technical issues.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• HSC/Graduate candidates with minimum 6 months of chat experience in a BPO.
• SSC candidates with a minimum of 1 year of chat experience in a BPO.
• Ex-Employees can also apply, subject to eligibility.

• Age Limit 18 To 44 Years
• Location: Yerwada, Pune.
• Shift : UK
