Job Overview
The holder of this position will be responsible for the execution of the planned cockpit roster of all fleets and will monitor crew FDTL & logistics issues concerning the crew.
Key Responsibilities
- Crew FDTL tracking
- Communicating with crew to convey the roster changes
- To maintain Tech crew personal records in the system
- Maintaining crew leave data
- Maintaining legal crew roster
- Communicating with other departments as and when required
- Assist Manager in day-to-day rostering activities
- Generating various reports, as and when required
- Answering queries raised by crew
Skills/Attributes
- Good level of proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong IT skills including MS office applications
- Good team player
Work Experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Training planning/ scheduling of Cockpit Crew preferred
Qualification
- Graduate from a recognized university
