Responsibilities:
Excellent communication Skills- Written and Oral, Strong customer advocacy skills and understanding of customer of customer interactions leading to successful customer outcomes.
– Respond to emails and chats. Assist customers with service or feature modifications
on account
– Open trouble ticket depending on the nature of the service issue. Analyse, isolate and diagnose
technical trouble
– Provide existing trouble ticket status to customers
– Escalate customer complaints in accordance with company polices
