Manager – HR Application Support, IT audit and compliance adherences

We are looking for a highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. Oversee various functional IT areas including IT Systems, Collaboration Systems, Data Center, Systems Security and Project Management.
This role is to ensure to maintain and develop the various applications (i.e. SAAS, PAAS and COTS) and its BAU enhancements along with Designs, codes, tests, debug, and documents software, and enhance existing components to ensure that software meets business needs. Ensure to understand business requirement from Business analyst or Solution team and provide relevant technical solutions in discussion with manager.
Work with other Product partners, Partner resources and infrastructure teams for one or more agile teams assigned to work on the project. Contribute to the design and architecture to enable secure, scalable, and maintainable software and should be able to clearly articulate the implications of design/architectural decisions.
Oversee various functional IT areas including IT Systems, Collaboration Systems, Data Center, Systems Security and Project Management
Deploy and maintain HR Applications/Systems and support.
Support all Audit and compliance related activities
Participate in the development of IT strategies in collaboration with organizational goals
Collaborate on the design with other team members and product owners, both inside and outside the team
Estimate the work efforts of system enhancements for team and effectively identify and prioritize the high impact tasks.
Conduct design and code reviews to ensure code developed meets coding best practices guidelines,
Conversant with project lifecycle (SDLC) models and ability to carry out comprehensive code and document reviews
Candidate is well equipped with technology skillset of Frontend, backend and DB and able to perform development independently.
Ensure production support and root cause fixes for non-interrupted service of applications and handle escalations
Experience of working in an Agile environment and the ability to work in a constantly evolving project, without losing sight of the requirements or the overall vision
. 10+ years of full Software Development Life Cycle experience
. 8+ years of experience working as a Oracle Apps Functional
. Strong organizational and project management skills
. Expertise in Advanced PLSQL and Performance tuning.
. Very Strong Oracle PLSQL programming experience (e.g. Procedures, packages, functions, exceptions etc.).
. Good understanding of Ticketing system and SLA structure
. web servers added advantage (e.g. Apache, WebSphere) and UI/UX design
. Excellent communication and people management skills both written and verbal. Exposure to Life Insurance would be an added advantage.
