Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Remote Desktop Support Executive at TaskUs Mumbai. The Remote Desktop Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for remote desktop systems. The role entails resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring software, setting up workstations, and assisting users with technical problems.

Qualifications

• Experience in remote desktop support and troubleshooting
• Strong administrative assistance and executive administrative assistance skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Proficiency in managing and resolving technical issues
• Knowledge of clerical skills and office procedures
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferre
• Required candidate with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in same domain.
