To drive Operational Efficiency Improvements by building the culture of Continuous Improvement across the site
Identify root cause of gap from Actual production rate vs asking rate & create Action plan with Site Leadership Team
To work closely with Site Leadership and help them to identify opportunities for improvement in the areas of Quality, Cost, Productivity & Delivery and conducting gap analysis and driving OE projects by identifying the bottleneck areas
To study the current value stream & optimize the same for cycle time reduction & improvement of D2D
Yield Improvement of critical product w.r.t. financial gain & loss to reduce the Operational cost of the plant
Run the cost saving initiative and idea generation drive to control the operational cost & improve the FTE/Mn matrix for the site
To Publish Weekly & Monthly OE MIS reports
To Conduct Kaizen Workshops & Awareness of OE Tools
Setup an Idea Management System for Idea generation & their tracking throughtout its life cycle
Understand training needs & Prepare training module on OE tools to various group of employee
