We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing various social media platforms to enhance our brand presence and drive audience engagement. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media trends, a strong understanding of various platforms, and a track record of successful social media campaigns.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across all relevant platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
2. Create compelling and innovative content that aligns with the brand’s voice and resonates with the target audience, including text, image, and video-based content. 3. Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, monitoring, responding to comments, and engaging with followers to foster a positive community.
4. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement and growth.
5. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media channels.
6. Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure the company’s social media efforts remain relevant and competitive.

Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to expand the brand’s reach and awareness.
9. Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach specific target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.
10. Implement social media listening and sentiment analysis to understand customer feedback and sentiment towards the brand.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in social media management or marketing.
3. Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and growing social media audiences.
4. Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their best practices, and audience behavior.
5. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
7. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
8. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
