The role will focus on working closely with stakeholders across HR and the business to understand challenges and opportunities relating to position management and workforce planning. They will have the responsibility for compliant adoption, enhancing user experience, overseeing required design changes, developing required reporting and insights, developing integration with Finance and workforce planning and ultimately once the end-to-end infrastructure is built, in leveraging this new model to deliver the right size, spend, shape and skills for our workforce through robust workforce and talent planning.
The role will be a proactive senior analyst with strong consulting and influencing skills, stakeholder management and communication, technical and analytical skills and managing ambiguity across a complex global matrix organisation.
Collaborate with the business, technology, PM Operations, vendor (as required) to understand the key challenges and opportunities relating to position management and workforce planning. Driving Positions Management post its implementation in 2022 through the key phases of Adoption, Embedding and Leveraging Value.
