Full Job Description
Outpatient Department: Roles and Responsibilities: 1)Overall supervision of the OPD activities.
2)Staffing of the OPD and deputing the staff to other areas when required.
3)Monitoring the up keeping of the consultation rooms, supervising the completion of checklists.
4)Accountable for the equipment and medications used in the OPD
5)Providing the necessary facility required for effective patient care.
6)Check and keep the instruments ready
7)Check the checklist in each room and sign on the same
8)Send the instruments after cleaning for autoclaving as required.
9)Keep the bed with clean linen.
10)See that the patients are attended promptly.
11)Check the stock of medicine.
12)Check oxygen, suction and other equipments on the floor if any.
13)Remind the patient for his /her next visit to the consultant.
Requirements and skills:
1)Basic computer knowledge ( MS Office, Ccc preferences first).
2)Previous experience as an operations supervisor or similar role
3)Hands-on experience implementing operational processes
4)Knowledge of operational principles and policies
5)Organizational skills and attention to detail
6)Team leadership
7)A degree in operations management or business administration is a plus
Timing: 9am to 2:30pm (Half day)
Required: 2 female and 1 male Salary – 7000 to 8000.
