Candidates who perform well, will get an opportunity to be converted to a full time employee.
The day to day work would involve batching the customer orders for an e commerce platform and sending them to warehouse and then for shipping.
Batching: It is referred by some operators as multi-order picking is an order picking protocol to compile a batch of orders via SKU, one SKU at a time.
Would also require to monitor the orders created by customers and verify the batches which are processed.
He/she will have to work independently mostly, but will also need to perform well in a team task.
One will typically work in a production environment therefore need to be cautious.
Perform data analysis and reporting of customer order data
Knowledge on SKU’s, warehouse and different order status in ecommerce platform.

Identifying production issues and investigate them then escalating them if not resolved by own.
Attention to detail/ Organizing abilities.
Strong communication skills (via phone, email, chat).
Proficient in using Google Docs, MS- Excel, Slides and Sheets.
Excellent Coordination and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
This is a full time internship opportunity and the candidate should be available for a minimum duration of 9 months.
Should be comfortable working on the weekends/ Odd timings (This is only if required, and not regularly)

Asynchronous communication methods help you stay connected with your co-workers and make sure that everything is running efficiently, irrespective of place, time zone, or at-home diversions.

Being in an asynchronous mode of communication asks dedication and commitment from each of the team members. We expect the commitment towards the same from all team members by responding to slack messages in a timely manner and being responsive over emails. Present all information on Slack
without the need for second-guessing and extrapolation from other team members.
Wherever there is a need for synchronous communication with team members, coordinate well in advance and block each other’s calendars to minimize scheduling conflicts.
