Buying Support:
1. Sync with Strategic buyer to create respective plan of action for spend optimisation
2. Track and record contract dates for each SaaS tools the customer is using
3. Maintain the renewal dates and inform the buyer when the dates close in for starting the negotiation process
4. Create and maintain data of customers SaaS spends and current partners of respective tools
5. Maintain data of all Vendor/OEM account managers/Executives for Strategic buyer to schedule calls
6. Research and give insights on Tool alternates and other possible levers which the Strategic buyer can use to negotiate on deals
Operations Support:
1. Send emails to customers to remind them on the upcoming renewals
2. Follow up with customers for getting the approvals to close the negotiated quote from vendors
3. Interface with Department heads to raise more requests on S/F platform
4. Manage offline purchases for the customer ( Deals which are less than $ 2000 monthly)
5. Maintain overall sanity of the buying process by ensuring data capture at all required stages
(Eg – AE information, Renewal date, Contract Expiry date)
