Job Description:
This position interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries relating to our products and promotion.
Responsibilities:
– Present and explain services to customers and convince them to use our service.
– Take and process orders to meet sales quotas.
– Receiving customer inquiries and providing timely responses either via live chat, email or telephone
– Maintaining database
– Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems.
Key Proficiencies Required:
– Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
– Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
– Prior sales/tele sales experience is required.
– knowledge on sports/games/ gaming activity required.
– Excellent attention to detail
– Other duties may be assigned as required.
