Hci is developing new offering under the client advisory services umbrellaWe are trying to `productize` advisory services offerings such as coaching, communication planning, and change managementWe need a very senior person to lead this effortIt is complex and requires the ability to work at the highest levels of an organization.
Job summary:
This senior level position, director of client advisory services, is responsible for consulting with clients and creating custom advisory services such as coaching, communication, and change managementIt requires experience in working at the highest levels in an organization, the ability to align talent and business strategy, and outstanding consultative skills.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
Contribute to new business development for corporate training advisory services by assessing client needs, structuring solutions, and either leading the delivery or managing others during an engagement.
Develop and “productize” advisory services by:
Expanding offerings and creating new deliverables
Working with marketing to better promote capabilities
Working with sales, including making calls, writing proposals, and meeting with clients
Representing hci at conferences/professional development opportunities
Vetting and managing facilitators for inclusion on corporate training/advisory services roster
Handle client engagement responsibilities for assigned corporate training engagements, existing and new, including customization
Follow up on all corporate training engagements to build relationships and increase mind share/wallet share

Experience in the practice of strategic hr, including organizational design and strategic workforce planning
Ability to partner with senior leadership, including hr and line of business
Consultative skills, including root cause analysis and problem solving
Managerial experience, including dotted line reports as well as direct reports
Public speaking experience, including in-person, webcasts, and podcasts
Ability to customize and deliver training
Consultative sales experience
Qualifications:
Master’s degree or higher in human resources, organizational design, or related field
10-15 years of hr experience in a variety of industries
5-10 years of consulting experience including c-suite level
5-10 years of corporate facilitation
