Job Description:

Responsibilities:
– Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
– Investigating causes of defects that occur during the testing phase
– Executes test cases under varying circumstances
– Documents and evaluates test results
– Detects, logs, and reports program bugs and glitches
– Tracks defects and helps troubleshoot errors
– Reviews test procedures and develops test scripts
– Partners with other teams to improve QA efforts
– Help troubleshoot issues
– Conforming to regulations and international standards when it comes to testing and quality assurance
– Writing and reviewing testing plans
– Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
– Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
– Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities

Skills Required:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
– Interest in QA and developing test scripts
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Excellent ability to plan and organise own work to meet client delivery pressures
– Strong and demonstrable problem solving and analytical skills
– Ability to manage projects and information from various sources
– Basic SQL knowledge
– Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office suite
