shhambhawee Services Looking for Customer Care Associate at Ahmedabad Full Time

– Help and guide customers at their residence by explaining different product and finish options.
– Daily updates of all activities on the CA app.
– Site inspection & evaluation for surface defects and recommend most suitable solutions.
– Site measurement & preparation of painting estimate as per rate card and after consultation with store owner / Store in charge.
– Appointment of contractors for execution of painting work.
– Supervision of ongoing / WIP sites for ensuring adherence to Asian paints recommended guidelines and on time work completion.
– Timely resolution of customer complaints, if any Help to generate leads/clients through market visits.

– Explain to customers the various services rendered in the store and direct customers to appropriate sections for expert help
– Daily reporting of the collections and site status to store owner / store in charge and senior officer.
– Maintaining the reports / formats as mandated by Asian paints.
– Daily updates of all activities on the CA app.
– Co-ordinate with contractors and ensure their attendance in all contractor training.
– programs organized by Asian paints.
– Cross selling of product categories on PT sites.
– During market scanning provide leads to other team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
