Full job description

Busy, high end boutique interior designer seeking experienced, full time design assistant to work in home office environment and assist on installs.

Qualified candidates should meet the following criteria

Experience within the interior design industry
Degree from accredited interior design program is bonus but not a must.
Understanding of all phases of interior design
Have a good understanding of high end design and wholesale resources
Organized & methodical
Excellent verbal and written communications
Proficient in cad, or similar software
Driven, self starter that posses integrity and holds themselves to high work ethics
Exhibits follow through on tasks given
Bonus if is familiar with ivy business management and basecamp
Responsible and has personal stability

Responsibilities will include

Cad or sketch up, drafting, renderings
Item building in ivy
Producing and following up on purchase orders.
Handling project logistics, client updates.
Creating and following up on sub contractor schedule
Pricing goods
Maintain & update library
Assist with sourcing products, run errands and general design assistance

Work remotely

Both in office & remote is possible

Job types: full-time, part-time

Pay: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour
